this frog had better turn into a prince

or i'm gonna be pissed.
Knitting
had to frog the last sleeve of mark's sweater all the way down to the ribbing. i missed an increase somewhere, and since i couldn't find it, a frogging i went, at work. i've got about 4 or 5 inches done again, but still, that was a lot of frigging knitting. sigh.

i've been thinking alot about the baby blankets. i'm looking forward to some mindless knitting, as long as it doesn't put me to sleep at work (it would help if i could get more than 6 hours of sleep a night)

Crochet
I'M ON ROW 7! celebrate with me. i hate this part of making granny square afghans. i'm even more than halfway through this row. this is gonna be cool. this is going to be the last week to enter the contest, gang, so go back, look, and vote! i've got 3 entrants so far. would really love to give everybody a shot at the square booklet. it's really cool, i just have two, and no reason to.

Home
same shit different day? work was boring, i almost fell asleep, IFP people were here tonight, boys balked at eating red sauce again (they prefer their pasta plain, but i need them to have more veggies (i.e. tomato sauce) in their diets. they are madly growing children.

put in for the 27th off since liam's last day as an elementary student is that day, and they have a small ceremony for leaving 6th graders. i hope i get it, since it's near the end of the month. cross your fingers for me, peeps.

You might be a redneck if you think paprika is a third-world country.

Waikiki Peplum Vest. the name is wild, but this isn't. actually quite pretty, but a bit too ruffly for me. i'm too big chested, sigh.

Have a good day!

Hey!

Jen is that wacky runaway bride. When they found her and brought her home she threw a blanket over her head. A hand KNIT blanket, no less...
